We ship WORLDWIDE. If your country isn't listed in the checkout, please contact us to let us know. Please take note of shipping limitations below.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED
A signature is required on delivery for domestic and international shipping. If no one is home during business hours your package may end up at your local post office. If delivery is attempted but you are not home you will receive an ‘attempted delivery slip’ in your letterbox and an ‘attempted delivery email’ giving you instructions on where to go and collect your package. To avoid a failed delivery attempt please use an address where someone can sign for your package during business hours, ie. a business address.
Please Note - We do not ship to hotels so please use a private or business address only.

Unfortunately, our carrier cannot currently unable to ship to the following countries/regions:
• Indonesia
• Pakistan
• Cuba
• Iran
• Korea, People Democratic Republic of (North Korea)
• Sudan
• Syria
CUSTOMS/IMPORT TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Lost Lorelei will declare FULL $ value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. Unfortunately Lost Lorelei can't put a lower value on the parcel.

Tax & Duty will be charged if purchase exceeds $200.00AU approx.
CANADA

UK & EUROPE
Tax will be charged if purchase exceeds $0.00AU (All imports will be charged VAT) and duty will be charged if purchase exceeds $150AU approx.
JAPAN
Tax & Duty will be charged if purchase exceeds $80.00AU approx.
NZ
Duty will be charged if purchase exceeds $50.00AUD approx.
