We now make to order, instead of outsourcing manufacturing to far off factories where we don’t have control over the working environment of the artisans and craftsmen, we have established our own studio where artisans are hired on permanent contracts and paid fair wages which are significantly above minimum liveable wage. 

Delivery may take up to 20 business days. If you wish to order something express, please DM us so we can arrange a priority make and send.

During sale periods or within 3 days of a new collection launch there may be some delays.

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we’ll gladly accept a return.

  • Return or exchange of items is allowed within 7 days upon the day you have received your item. Guaranteed that the item is undamaged, unwashed, and tagged correspondingly.
  • As an initial evaluation of your item to be returned or exchanged, please send an email to or a direct message to our Instagram account, @lostlorelei photos of your item with your concern.
  • Shipping costs for returns and exchanges must be shouldered by the buyer. We suggest using Sendle. Please include a completed and printed return/exchange form along with your item.
  • Once we have received your item and evaluated the product, we will process your refund or exchange to the payment method used on the original order.
  • You may only exchange your item with available products online. Items purchased on sale or with a discount are excluded from return or exchange.Your return item will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your item.
