SHIPPING
• Delivery is between 5-7 business days to Australia and to the Philippines.
• Delivery to other countries may take up to 14 business days.
• All orders are dispatched the next business day and are fully trackable. Australia Post will send you an email with your tracking details.
• During sale periods or within 3 days of a new collection launch there may be some delays.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we’ll gladly accept a return.
- Return or exchange of items is allowed within 7 days upon the day you have received your item. Guaranteed that the item is undamaged, unwashed, and tagged correspondingly.
- As an initial evaluation of your item to be returned or exchanged, please send an email to sales@lostlorelei.com or a direct message to our Instagram account, @lostlorelei photos of your item with your concern.
- Shipping costs for returns and exchanges must be shouldered by the buyer. We suggest using Sendle. Please include a completed and printed return/exchange form along with your item.
- Once we have received your item and evaluated the product, we will process your refund or exchange to the payment method used on the original order.
- You may only exchange your item with available products online. Items purchased on sale or with a discount are excluded from return or exchange.Your return item will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your item.
